These terms apply when you browse or buy on jinjja.shop. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to trap you — if anything is unclear, ask us.
1. Who we are
jinjja.shop (진짜샵) is operated by Pick by Kathy (ABN 74 605 877 560), Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. When you buy on jinjja.shop, your purchase contract is with us. We take your payment, we’re responsible for your order arriving as described, and we’re who you contact if anything goes wrong.
2. What jinjja.shop is
jinjja.shop is a curated marketplace. The products are designed and made by independent Korean brands (“brand partners”), each with their own store on the site. Brand partners pack and ship their own products. Product descriptions, photos and ingredient lists are supplied by the brand partner; we review them for compliance with Australian requirements but the brand remains responsible for their accuracy.
3. Ordering
An order is accepted when we email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item has sold out, a price was displayed in error, or we can’t verify payment — and if we do, you’ll be refunded in full straight away.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is a flat A$9.90 per order unless a product is marked Free Shipping — see Shipping & Delivery. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Buy-now-pay-later options, where offered, are subject to that provider’s own terms.
Coupon codes and gift cards are applied at checkout, can’t be exchanged for cash, and may carry their own conditions stated when issued.
5. Shipping and delivery
Set out in full in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns, refunds and your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how to make a claim. We do not offer change-of-mind returns; orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
7. Skincare and cosmetics
Skincare products sold on jinjja.shop are cosmetics. They are intended to cleanse, moisturise or improve the appearance of skin and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always check the full ingredient list before use, patch-test new products on a small area first, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, allergies, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a health professional before use.
8. Sizing
Apparel and accessories are made to Korean sizing. Where a brand supplies an Australian size conversion we publish it on the product page alongside the brand’s own cm measurements; please check both before ordering.
9. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Tell us if you think it has been accessed without your permission.
10. Content and intellectual property
Product names, designs, photos and brand marks belong to the respective brand partners. The jinjja.shop name, logo and site design belong to us. You may share links to our pages and products freely; please don’t copy, scrape or reproduce content for commercial use without permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything else arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
