How to take them

One sachet at a time, up to three a day.

Tear the sachet open and tip the mini balls straight into your mouth, then crunch. No water needed.

Keep them in a bag or a desk drawer; each one is sealed.

The amount in one stick feels about right. It has that typical apple cider vinegar smell, but when you chew them the texture is like rainbow sprinkles, so they’re easy to take. This is how I’ll be having my apple cider vinegar from now on.

Bought it on sale, so it was cheap, and it’s portable and easy to take! It tastes as you’d expect, but the vinegar smell is fairly strong and stays in your mouth for up to 30 minutes.

I’ve been taking apple cider vinegar powder and juice for a very long time. When it went from liquid to powder I was grateful to the people who made it, and now it comes like a vitamin. I’d bought a year’s supply of another brand, but once my family started taking it too it ran out sooner than expected, and while looking to reorder I found this one. I wanted to try something different, so I bought 12 boxes here. My family say they prefer the old one, but to me this tastes the closest to the apple cider vinegar I used to drink, so I think I’m sticking with it.
